Philadelphia New York Cheesecake
Just sharing a cheesecake recipe by Philadelphia! You'll never go wrong with this one. It's simply and sinfully perfect. :))

INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/4 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* 5 (250 g) packages PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese, softened
* 1 cup sugar
* 3 tablespoons flour
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
* 1 cup sour cream
* 4 eggs
* 1 (19 ounce) can cherry/blueberry pie filling
DIRECTIONS
HEAT oven to 325°F.
MIX crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 min.
MEANWHILE, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with pie filling.
